Amazon is on the north western corner of the precinct, where the new Berkley Road extension heads towards the M5. Sunbird is on the western boundary/mountain side of the precinct. Both are within 2 minutes walking distance of each other. Riverlands Mall is across the road from Sunbird within the precinct.

Both the North and South blocks belong to the same building. Apart from the view, the apartments in both towers are identical in design, layout, and finishes.
